La Boule d’Or Lausannoise is a historic club located right in the heart of downtown. In 2018, a new, young, and enthusiastic board took over to ensure the association’s long-term future. Their motivation is simple: pétanque is an accessible, intergenerational, and — above all — very social activity!

To breathe new life into the organization, a timeless identity was developed. The geometric, circular structure of the typography is based on a grid of 12 spheres (a nod to the 12 boules used in a game). One of them — the only complete one — stands out because of its color… It’s the Golden Ball! A club cherished by its members, which brings a refreshing twist to this sport usually associated with older generations.
