A debut exhibition showcasing works created between 2020 and 2023 — largely in collaboration with Nathalie Borgeaud — on the fascinating world of insects. These works pay particular attention to studies revealing the alarming decline of certain populations, while maintaining a healthy sense of wonder at the ubiquitous synergies of life. A variety of technical and aesthetic approaches were employed to visualize these broad themes. Intensive agriculture, the loss of natural habitats, light pollution, and the increasing spread of electromagnetic waves are all factors that threaten the balance of our ecosystems.

Eager to approach their work with a certain degree of scientific rigor, Nathalie and Alexandre have set themselves the primary challenge of bringing together rationality, harmony, and visual impact.
