Under a sunny sky, the 20th edition of APERTI welcomed 4,300 art enthusiasts to Lausanne and the surrounding area on May 2 and 3, 2026. This anniversary edition allowed visitors to explore the worlds of 83 artists working across a variety of media, ranging from painting and photography to printmaking, sculpture, sound art, and multimedia. This direct immersion in the heart of creative spaces fosters rich and spontaneous exchanges. On the occasion of this 20th edition, APERTI reaffirmed its role as an essential platform for the contemporary art scene by offering direct and dynamic access to the creative process.

The Bellevaux studios are home to numerous artists, some of whom are participating in this event and have come together for a joint exhibition in the gallery space, offering the public an even richer and more exciting experience. In 2026, Sophie Bosselut, Laura Zimmermann, Samuel Mathiss, Sylvain Rossel, Mikee, and Alexandre Borgeaud came together for this collective project.
